According to the Teleservices Act, we are not obligated to constantly check the content that we refer to in our offer, which could give rise to a new responsibility (§ 8 para. 2 TDK). Only if we determine or are informed by others that a specific offer to which we have provided a “link” triggers civil or criminal liability, we will remove the “link” to this offer, insofar as this is technically possible and reasonable for us.
